The median sales price for homes in The Fan, Richmond for Jun 11 to Aug 11 was $327,475 based on 48 sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price decreased 11%, or $40,525, and the number of sales increased 23.1%. Average price per square foot for The Fan was $167, a decrease of 7.2% compared to the same period last year. There are currently 90 resale and new homes in Richmond on Trulia, including 2 open houses, as well as 7 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in The Fan was $415,937 for the week ending Aug 31, which represents a decrease of 0.7%, or $2,871, compared to the prior week.
